Zac Duckett
Vice President, Relationship Manager
Zac has led a storied career in finance that started as an internship role at Trammell Crow Company and led to him taking the Vice President role at TMA Medical Banking & Medquity. Zac knew Banking was his calling the moment he fully grasped the broad scope of people, businesses, and industries with which bankers get to interact.
Michael S. Fraser, MBA
AVP, Healthcare Relationship Manager
Michael is a seasoned financial professional with over a decade of experience in banking, lending, credit and portfolio management, and financial services consulting. As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at INSBANK, he leverages his expertise to deliver strategic financial solutions tailored to the needs of his clients. Previously, Michael was a Senior Associate at Built Technologies, where he provided tailored credit and portfolio management solutions to over 300 financial institutions overseeing $205 billion in assets. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Bank of America and various private banks, specializing in portfolio lending for commercial and ultra-high-net-worth borrowers. Michael holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, running, and playing golf with family and friends.
Shane Sweeting
AVP, Portfolio Manager
Shane’s journey in finance has taken him from the sandy streets of South Florida to the fast-paced financial mecca that is Wall Street. He gained valuable experience through an internship at Goldman Sachs, followed by roles at Franklin Templeton Investments, Lehman Brothers, Credit-Suisse, and UBS. With over 22 years of diverse industry experience, Shane offers a holistic perspective to navigating the intersection of healthcare and banking as the Portfolio Manager of Medquity, the Healthcare Banking Division of INSBANK. Shane thoroughly enjoys building relationships and helping clients reach their financial destinations. Shane holds a BBA from the University of Miami and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
